What are the Children Memorizing?Elementary and preschool children are working on the same passages as the adults in their Kids Crossing classes. However, many of the passages have been shortened for the preschoolers. Parents, we encourage you to memorize Scripture together as a family. This is a wonderful opportunity to bring up your children in the instruction of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4). The easiest way to do this is to look for the Scripture Memory Take-Home Page that comes home with your preschool or elementary child each Sunday. On the front you'll see the verse for that week. On the back are suggestions on how to talk about the verse as a family. Put this up on your refrigerator and use it as a reminder to work on your verses during the week.Elementary verse list.
